Thanks for help Rait. I think I found the problem. The code in question is a link inside an iFrame (in case a browser cannot show the iFrame). As my site is in html5, there should not be any “fallback” content between the iFrame tags. I was mislead as this point do not show when validating the page. In addition, it did not see the problem in some browsers. I thought about character encoding problem. |

Hi Thomas, Would it be possible for you to send the entire code, or page you’re working on? We can see, that there is something broken. Nevertheless we can not really help, if haven’t seen the entire code. You can also write us to: support@edicy.com. Waiting for your replay, Rait |

Hi, Sadly we don’t have this feature at the moment! Though as You’re not the first person to ask about this, then we are working on it. No exact launch dates can not be said out loud yet though. Cheers, Rait |

Hi Thomas, We agree to some extent. Though, there is also a theoretical fright, that if we add “the option for visitors to receive a copy”, then someone can start using this for creating massive amounts of spam. And that we are not so fond of. Greetings, Rait |

I was lucky to find it. I also find that it is not so obvious to find and many users might not see these functions. The new forms have some new and nice functions. But I feel it is important to add the following : - in the mail notification we receive, with forms data from visitors, add a “reply-to” field filled up with the email address of the visitor. This way, we could just reply to the email without having to copy & paste the visitor’s address (or worse, forgetting to to it !), - add the option for visitors to receive a copy of their message, - restore the possibility to adjust the height of the text fields in the forms. That function have disappeared, it seems. |

and the editor, after saving, have changed it to
As you suggested, I tested in different browsers (I am on Mac), Chrome, Safari, Opera, Firefox, all in latest versions and the problem happened in all except Opera. Is there a technique for “cleaning the text” before pasting in the editor ? Tks |

Hi, It seems, that the code, you’re trying to paste is broken. Might be, that it comes from the feature of some browsers, that try to fix pasted codes automatically. As each browser does that differently, then can you be more specific on what browser you’re using and what is the code you’re trying to paste With regards, Rait |

Hi, We don’t have such feature yet. As several have asked, then we have added this feature to our development plan- though now actual launch date lies behind that yet. Greetings, Rait Edicy team |

Bonjour, In preview mode > Insert text > Edit html, I am pasting code I then save but the html editor changes it to this: It also show like this in the source code of the final page. I suppose there is a problem of text encoding… I guess there might be something due to the fact that small bits of the code have been copied from some website, then pasted in … FileMaker and then copied & pasted on Edicy’s editor. Any idea how to solve ? Tks |

Hi, What I couldn’t find out: I want to have a certain “area” of my site that only logged in users are allowed to see. I know about htaccess and in general about JS or php, but in your system I couldn’t find any clue how to archive it. Any help is appreciated. Rudi |

Hi, When talking about transfer, then You’re correct- Edicy Pro is needed. About the pics – probably it depends on CSS. Though its difficult to say, when we have not seen the actual page. Cheers, Rait Parts |

Hi. I have been looking around for another web host, I stumbled across your site on Ecwid, I would like to know how can I transfer my domain names to my Edicy website from my other site, there are options from my other provider and I understand I will need a pro account to achieve this, I have also hit a little problem with the widget I am using. http://i188.photobucket.com/albums/z109/LCW656/123.jpg For some reason an Image outline has appeared at the bottom of my widget. Any help would be appreciated. Regards. |

Hi Milena. To understand You fully- is it, that You want to change “the green area” so, that it would not repeat the content of the front page in all the other pages? If yes, then let us know through support@edicy.com and we shall do that for you. |

Hello from Les Cévennes, I figured out pretty much everything in the Detroit design and I keep being a big fan of it. However, I spoke with a web designer today and even he found it hard to back track where you can make the content in the green box (right side) on the front page changeable. It’s taking quite some space on the website, and it would be really great if the text in the green box could be changed on the other sides. Is there a simple solution that I can apply ? |

Hi there! We went through these listed errors, trying different browsers with no mentionable result. Would it be possible for you, to send us some overview screenshots of these to support@edicy.com? From there it might be, that we figure something out! Thanks in advance and sorry for us being so clumsy. |
